Modern mini-villa by the creek close to Stockholm

Welcome to our beautiful newly built guest house with beautiful surroundings! Located just 15 km outside of Stockholm. Perfect for you that are searching for both city and nature. The house offers all you need for a pleasant stay. It´s about 15 minutes’ drive to the city, but you also have bus connections close that will take you to Stockholm in about 30 minutes. The house if fully equipped and offers all modern amenities such as WIFI. No television but tablet where you have free access to Netflix, HBO etc. In the kitchen you have a stove, oven, microwave -oven, fridge, small freezer, cutlery, pans and porcelain etc. F.Y.I you can drink the tap water! The tap water in Sweden has a very high quality and taste amazing. The bedroom is on the loft (not full height for standing), but you also have a smaller sofa bed for two in the combined kitchen/ living room. So, if you don´t have a problem that it gets crowded you can easily stay four persons. Bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine. There is a smaller wardrobe in the entrance. Outside you have a porch where you can barbecue, or just enjoy a glass of wine during summer season. Winter time you will enjoy the snow, but most probably not sit outside.. We have gathered the information we think you may need during your staying reg supermarkets, restaurants, bus station, what to do in the surroundings etc. but just send us a message when you are here if there is need for further information. Your hosts live in the main house on the same property as the guesthouse and are available if you have any questions during your stay. You have a beautiful creek outside the house, just 5 minutes’ walk to the lake and very close to a kayak rental. If you enjoy nature you have Tyresta nature reserve just around the corner with several hiking trails and lakes where you can do fishing and swim. During winter season you can go ice skating on the lakes. We own a small rowing boat that is yours to borrow if it´s not used by us, just ask. Within 30 minutes with car you have access to the beautiful archipelago. It´s about 15 minutes’ drive to the city, but you also have bus connections close that will take you to Stockholm in about 30 minutes.
