Highlights - 50 meters / 3 minutes to the beach - Restaurants, supermarkets, etc. in walking distance, yet pretty quiet. - Local transportation (dolmuş) 3 minutes away from the flat - Off street parking available - Small communal garden - Fully furnished - Two bedrooms, two balconies - AC (in the living room), washing machine, iron, hair dryer available Bathroom - Fully tiled and has a hand basin, toilet, and bath with shower - 24 hours hot water Bedrooms - Bedroom 1 1 double bed, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe with hanging/drawer space - Bedroom 2 2 Single beds, wardrobe with hanging and drawer space Additionally, there is a good quality fold up sofa-bed in the living room. Entertainment - Radio, television, DVD Player, satellite/cable Kitchen - Stove, dishwasher, hob, refrigerator, toaster, cooking utensils,dishes For winter guests: It is a summer accommodation with no heating. There is a portable electric heater in the flat as well as a very thick down blanket. While we find it warm enough to stay there without heating in winter, which is often pretty mild, it is quite personal and one may still find it chilly. The whole flat is available for the use of our guests. We are available to offer help to our guests throughout their stay.
