Enjoy a cup of tea or a glass of wine while soaking up the sun on the front veranda. An ideal location to Pukekura Park and the Bowl - home to WOMAD and other concerts (10 min stroll). The best fish n chip shop and supermarket close by. A short drive to beaches, shopping precinct and fabulous restaurants. A double room with very comfortable double bed and ensuite bathroom. A great view of the mountain when shes not hiding away. You have access to facilities of kitchen, dining, lounge and conservatory areas as well as the front veranda and garden. Guests are welcome to open planned spaces and garden area Happy to sit and chat over coffee, glass of wine however respect privacy of guests if they want their own down time A 10 minute walk to the famous Pukekura Park and Bowl of Brooklands - home to Womad Festival and concert venue. Also close is Mt Taranaki for those who love getting outdoors. One of my favourite short walks on the mountain is the Enchanted forest Buses leave on regular basis at top of street by one of the best fish n chips shops in New Plymouth. Countdown supermarket is a short walk through community orchard. Less than 10 mins drive to our black sand beaches As I work full time, I would prefer guests to book in late afternoon during the week however anytime on weekends is fine. In saying that happy to accommodate those that need to arrive earlier however some flexibility required.
