A modern, cosy and spatious one bedroom apartment, entirely self contained with lovely views of garden. The Correze is the ideal area to recharge your batteries for a weekend, week or longer. Visit the lake with its sandy beach, safe for children. Spacious and very comfortable apartment of 65 meters squares, fully insulated, with WI-Fi. The apartment include fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and is fully equipped. The dining-room include a flat screen, sofa bed, a table and four chairs, a lecture lamp and a coffer table. The bathroom include a nice shower, sink and serviette heater. The spatious bedroom has a double bed, with a large wardrobe, a chesterdraw and a chair. The toilet is separate. It has got its own private balcony with garden table and chairs and a bench. It leads onto the main garden. The garden is secluded, very calm and peaceful, ideal for people who desire a peaceful break. Note that we have secure space available for storing materials for fishermen, kayakers and canoeists. Guests have their own private gate entrance. An extra charge of €12 will be asked upon arrival for check in after 11pm. I am available on site or on my mobile if the guests need some assistance or information. Treignac is a medieval village with beautiful buildings. We are at walking distance from the amenities. The village include some pubs, some restaurants, a grocery shop, 2 bakeries, 2 butchers, a delicatessen, the Credit agricole Bank, the post office and the Tourist office. We have the lake "Lac des Bariousses" 5 minutes away where guest can swim, cayak or have a bite to eat. The area is renown as well for walking, canoeing and fishing.
