In the center of the island and very close to the city (6 km) in a quiet area, there is a modern and fully equipped maisonette with panoramic views and sea views. There is complete state-of-the-art equipment that covers every need of our visitor, amazing views from every part of the house, security, absolute silence, high aesthetics and the possibility of walking in the unique pine forest of the village. More specifically for the area: - 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 single bed - Comfortable wardrobes - 1 bathroom with 2 showers - Living room with cable TV, leather living room and dining area. - fully equipped kitchen with large fridge - the house has wifi - Special storage space with washing machine - Large sunny clothes rack - sunny yard with table-chairs and garden umbrella The airport and port are 6 and 6.5 km away respectively. The hospital is 9 km away. For our little friends, the "Aqualand" water slides are 3.5 km away. Near the house there is a supermarket, a fish shop, a tavern with excellent food and low prices, 3 pharmacies, doctors (physician, cardiologist and microbiologist), a hairdresser, a wood-fired oven, 3 gas stations, car repair shops and other shops. At home you will find our own brochure with information that we hope you will find useful. As I wish my guests to feel comfortable and enjoy their holidays, they are welcome to my company and to my activities. A peaceful suburb in the green, suitable for walking and exploring. Friendly neighbors. Frequent bus routes to Corfu town as well as to nearby beaches. Free parking for two cars. If you do not have a car, you can easily ride a bicycle. Taxis are available as they are called. The entire maisonette (116sq.m.) is at the disposal of our visitors. Also at their disposal are two large balconies, where they can enjoy their coffee, their breakfast or their dinner in complete silence. Our house always has an independent well-lit entrance, with a security door. The internal staircase is equipped with a stainless steel handrail (handles) and non-slip for those who need assistance and more safety. There is an amazing view of the city and the sea from every part of the house. Possibility for parking 2 cars. Possibility to visit on foot the beautiful church of the village, the Venetian fountain, the beautiful pine forest and the tavern of the village. There are several beautiful beaches at a distance of 15-20 minutes from the house.
