This lovely holiday home is designed with contemporary style and comfort offering open plan accommodation providing a relaxing and sociable space for your holiday. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. From the kitchen, a dining table, comfortably seating 6 guests can be found. The living area is arranged in two sections, with two televisions. To the front of the property, the lounge is cleverly converted to the third bedroom by a retractable partition (with separate access from the hallway). The corner sofa can then be set up as a double bed in the evenings. Not only does this retractable partition provide privacy for guests using this room, it separates the living space into two. One sofa, an armchair, and an additional television provide the remaining guests with part of the living area for their early morning coffee. During the day, there is comfortable seating in the living area for 6 guests. If the property is required to sleep 6 guests. Bean bags are provided for additional seating. A door leads from the dining area into the enclosed garden - perfect for children, pets and sunbathing! The hot tub (usage included in the rental rate) will offer all members of the party hours of fun! A coal BBQ is provided for alfresco dining. Two bedrooms can be found from the hallway. The master bedroom houses a double bed and storage space. The second bedroom has the flexibility to be arranged as either a double bed or two single beds. There is a contemporary family shower room. Summary of Bedroom Configurations: 3 Bedrooms, sleeps 8 - Bedroom 1 - Kingsize bed - (Sleeps 2) - Bedroom 2 - Zip and Link Room (can be arranged as two singles or one kingsize bed - sleeps 2) - Bedroom 3/Living Room - Forms part of the lounge during the daytime using the partition down the centre of the living room. Sofa Bed - (Sleeps 2) Parking for two cars on the driveway. An outside shower is the perfect addition for a rinse down after a day of surfing - and is incredibly handy with the hot tub! Two dogs accepted - charged at £20 per dog, per short stay/7 nights. WIFI, linen and hand/bath towels are provided free of charge. COVID-19 INFORMATION AND POLICIES Please read our FAQ's & COVID-19 Guest Information & Policies to see the steps we are taking to ensure Guest & Housekeeper safety. We are pleased to be accredited with the Visit England 'Good to go' COVID-19 safety scheme. There is a refundable security deposit of £350 payable with the final balance or 1 week prior to arrival - please note this will not be shown in the total cost of the booking on the summary screen. The security deposit is refunded within 14 days of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection) Full payment is due if arrival is within 10 weeks. For bookings made 10+ weeks in advance a deposit of 50% plus the £60 non-refundable booking fee is due (Homeaway/Airbnb will also charge their service fee to you upon booking). The final balance and security deposit (if applicable) is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival (Airbnb will detail the payment schedule to you upon booking). It is not possible to add any extras when booking via Homeaway/Airbnb and therefore the costs of any extras will not be included within the price shown, extras must be requested and paid for directly with Ocean Cottages. Available Extras: - Highchair - One highchair supplied free of charge - Travel Cot (Linen not provided) - £5 per week. - Sofa Bed in bedroom 3 - free of charge. - Dog (Max 1) - £20 per week. - Hot Tub - included in the rental rate Please note, to ensure optimum cleanliness & hygiene of the hot tub, it will be completely emptied, cleaned, sanitised and re-filled with water and chemicals on your arrival day. Therefore, the hot tub may not be up to temperature until the morning after your arrival.
