Maenporth Cabin offers peaceful, high quality accommodation in the beautiful Wheal Lawrence valley, St Agnes. Surrounded by farmland, views to St Agnes Beacon and an easy walk to the stunning Chapel Porth beach and cliff paths. The Cabin has been carefully built and finished to high specifications. There is a small fitted kitchen, double bed and separate shower-room. Outside is a decking area with BBQ. The village is a mile away, an easy walk for shopping and friendly bars in the evening. Light and airy open-plan space for 2 guests. Quiet and yet only a short walk to the village of St Agnes. Ideal for cosy nights in or sitting outside watching the sun setting over the sea with a glass of wine! No light pollution, so dark skies for superb star-gazing see how many shooting stars you can see in a n evening! Washing machine is in the main house and can be used by arrangement - just ask... There is a washing line in the Cabin garden. My husband Jim and I are always around when guests are staying so if there are any problems just let us know ! St Agnes is a busy holiday village with plenty going on throughout the year. It boasts many pubs, coffee bars and restaurants. There are stunning coastal walks straight from the cabin. A brisk walk down through the valley takes you to Chapel Porth Beach, from there you can walk back to St Agnes over the cliffs past the iconic Wheal Coates engine house or walk over St Agnes Beacon back to the cabin. If you want to go further afield, we are 10 mins from the A30 giving easy access to St Ives, another lively town well worth exploring! The village is about a 10-15 minute walk, there are buses to Truro from here. Perranporth is 5 miles away with it's amazing long sandy beach. Porthtowan is in easy reach over the cliffs if you like a good walk - we could always come and get you !
