Nice house with rooms for rent in a beautiful neighborhood close to the city center and with great public transport connections. Parking at extra cost. This accommodation is destined for people wanting to stay a long time in Geneva (students, young professionals, etc.). Food-store and park less than 5 minutes away. Desk in the rooms, kitchen, living room and garden in common. Bathroom shared between 3 (Hidden by Airbnb) . Free internet with WIFI! Non-smoking house! You will definitely enjoy the tranquility and peacefulness of the area, especially if you want to work or rest. There is the park of Belle-Idée nearby if you want to go for a walk. The furniture is brand new, the mattresses are comfortable and each room has an office, shelves for books and a reading lamp hooked on the bed. You can also enjoy the living room, the kitchen and the garden, ideal if you want to rest or walk around outside and breathe some fresh air, or organize a barbecue with some friends!!! :) Access to all the common areas (garden, kitchen, living room and bathrooms) besides the other rooms. If possible, we can help you getting installed by coming to pick you up at the airport or at the train station. Otherwise, we will gladly help you if you have any other questions. Having ourselves traveled a lot, we are totally open to meeting new people and exchange with our guests. We would be really happy to learn more about you :-)!! The area is nice and calm, there is a shop very close by. It is nice because you are on one side out of the city center, but you are also very close from it (only (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) mins by bus). The access to the University and train station are very practical, direct bus 1 for the first and direct bus 9 for the second. Beautiful walks in the countryside close by. Bus stop 2 minutes away - 15 minutes by bus to the city center. Train station 5 minutes away by bus - easy access to the airport and city center. You will be sharing the house with other people and you will be able to enjoy the community life. Every flatmate has his own individual room and your privacy will be respected.
