Upstairs is a spacious main bedroom with balcony with views to Sultana Point, TV/DVD on wall, ensuite. Gas BBQ, outdoor setting, fish cleaning facility, plenty of room for parking and the boat. Garage not for use. Historic seaside town of Edithburgh offers an excellent boat ramp, jetty, tidal swimming pool, playground, golf course, 2 Hotels, deli, take away and Cafe, not to mention the beautiful sights of Yorke Peninsula.! Bed configuration - bed 1 - king, bed 2 - queen plus tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top), bed 3 - tri-bunk. Pillows and quilts are provided you will need to bring your linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels - king bed sheets (top and bottom, not including pillow cases) for the main bed can be hired for a cost of $20 - if you would like to hire please let office staff know.
