great location with a wonderful view!

My accommodation is close to beautiful cities and wonderful castles ... but at the same time deeped in a relaxing nature. You will like it for its scenery and its location. It's suitable for couples, alone adventurers and business travelers. This apartment has a beautiful view over the hills. It has a double bedroom, a large bathroom, a kitchen corner fully equipped, a living area and a small balcony with a nice view. All the windows are double glazed and have mosquito net. There are 3 apartments for holiday rentals in the house. In the inner courtyard of the house you can park your car. The garden is available for all the guests and is equipped with chairs and tables. Only 300 mt far from the house you can enjoy the fantastic pools among the hills, equipped with toboga and jacuzzi as well. I live next door so I'm always available, with advices and tips, to help my guests to spend their holidays as best as possible. The central location of the house makes it easy to visit the main attractions of the area. Parma is only a half hour drive. The castles of the Duchy of Parma & Piacenza, Busseto and places of Giuseppe Verdi, the river Po with the places of Don Camillo & Peppone, the Spa in Salsomaggiore, shopping at the Fidenza Outlet Village, cycling in the hills, the visit to the dairies, food and wine tastings ... everything is really close! Trattoria and pizzeria are close to the house and some of them can be reached by feet. Change on request with an extra: bed linen 8€ pp towels 5€ pp Please note that washing machine and dishwasher are not available. On arrival, the guest will be asked to pay cash for the tourist tax: 0,50€ p/person p/night (children under 12 don't pay for it). From 15th October to 15th April heating is available. The gas counter will be checked on arrival and departure. The cost of the gas is 1€ p/mc and the amount is due cash before leaving.
