Acreage, rural feel, where the kids have room to run around. The Grounds are not pristine however working hard to get them there. Gravel driveway 100metre long. The Buildings out side are standard run off the mill style (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) house for Australia however the inside oozes class. Guest houses are a small version with standard size luxury bathroom and small scale kitchen. Guest house is big enough to accomodate a family that wants to get out and see the city/Coast and come home to the comfort of a functioning home at night. Think of it as a large motel room(bedRoom with dividing walls)but with everything you would need in a house when traveling, without the extra floor space. Their own Guest House- the yard where it’s grassed. The main concrete areas and the Common Laundry space of the main house which has another toilet facility. Guests will have a key code so adults & kids have access into their guest house front doors. I’m available by phone at all times. Or personal interaction when on the property. I love guests to give a little constructive feedback directly to me, where they think I can improve on service or presentation. Quiet neighbourhood and safe enough to walk( Women alway recommended with company) across to the shops at night. There is a restaurant NightClub across the other side of highway so Friday and Saturday nights you may here music if wind is blowing our way. 24/7 supermarket 5-7min walk. Only closed on Good Friday and could Closed on One war Memorial Day each year from 12midnight to 10am the same morning. Buses, trains, Uber, taxis and hire vehicles available with in 2mins away, to 20mins away. Eg to get a train. Walk 2mins to bus and every bus that stops goes to closest train station so you would be at the train station in 18min including wait times in peak hour. Collection from airport can be arranged if 4people or less for pick up. Cars from other Guest are coming up and down drive way so young kids need to be watched outside playing. There is 2 sets of swings. A trampoline and a fort with a slide, small climbing wall, flying fox and sandpit (under reno)There is a pool under renovation too and there is a safety fence around the pool, Lockable. No one should be playing in pool grounds. The acreage is not pristine, however working hard to get it that way.
