You’ll love our place it's a two-story heritage property, renovated, walking distance to the beach, shops, health food shops, The Local Hotel, Coffee Warehouse, Little Lefroy's, Little Creatures, free public transport, bike hire, etc. Guests love the location & charm. It's cool in summer, warm in winter private, secure, with comfy beds, high ceilings, great kitchen & appliances. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families. Dog lovers Only. Your room is at the front of the property, with private access, a private courtyard, Large private bathroom 1 x queen bed. We want for you to enjoy the house, so please use all it has to offer. When home, we reside upstairs at the other end of the property, this is private (To save embarrassment please don't enter as it sets off alarms when we are not home). Our Dog Axel - Foley is the man, humbly, he's very smart, loves guests, friendly children. He is super chill at home (he is a terrorist at the beach) The entire house is yours to enjoy, exception being UPSTAIRS, THIS AREA IS PRIVATE Happy to assist in anyway, I'm a young professional who's out or away a lot so you'll barely see me or Foley. This is a unique home & a unique local experience. Close to shops, transport, bars, cafes, health food stores, bakeries etc. There's a free Cat Bus which runs every 15 minutes to & from central Fremantle to the Train station & water ferries (Rottnest Island) & surrounding areas. its a short walk to the bus stop. Also Budget car hire, as well as local Bike hire. On arrival, you'll receive a complimentary bottle of WA wine (Margaret River). You'll have access to Perth/Fremantle maps & information as well as Entertainment/Discount book. House has filtered water as well as a coffee machine with real locally roasted coffee beans. We provide home blended cereal & muesli House has great restaurants & bars only a short walking distance away, the back garden has fresh herbs, chili's, lemon tree & orange tree (fruits most of the year-round)
