This charming and convenient 2-bedroom apartment is located in the 6th district of Paris, in the heart of Saint-Germain des Prés, only 2 minutes away from the famous Saint-Sulpice church and the "Marché Saint-Germain" (St-Germain Market), a site dating back to the 1400's, known for its numerous gourmet & speciality shops. It is on the first floor of a historic Parisian building dating from the 17th century & that used to be owned by the leading French couturier & costume designer "Madame Grès" in the beginning of the 20th century. It is a brand new private apartment, recently renovated and fully furnished, of which every single detail makes it unique, reflecting the beauty of the Parisian architecture. It is air conditioned and has double glazed (reinforced) windows making it a noisy-free apartment. It has two bedrooms, both with 2 queen size beds and ensuite bathrooms equipped with an italian shower, a washbasin and a toilet. It also has a charming living area with a dining table that can comfortably accomodate up to 4 people, a cozy sofa, 2 armchairs and a flat screen cable TV (including international channels/mostly international news channels). The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances (Fridge & small freezer compartment, combined microwave-oven, dishwasher, induction cooktops, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle). The apartment has a safe available for use. The unit is self-catering but we do provide high quality linens and towels (1 bath towel + 1 hand towel/person) and you also have access to a washer and a dryer in one of the bathrooms.
