MOLI - MAGNIFICENT NATURAL STONE HOUSE IN THE COUNTRYSIDE WITH POOL AND PRIVATE GARDEN Pretty and charming stone house in Buger, a very beautiful village in the northern part of the island. The property extends over 10,000 m2, an area that offers a lot of privacy. Outside, right next to the house, there is a large, kidney-shaped pool with sun loungers and a lounge bed. The house is located in a protected area with many trees and vegetation, so it is forbidden to make a fire, but there is a gas grill for the guests. The interior of the house is kept in a rustic style. All ceilings are vaulted and give pleasant coolness and brightness in the entire living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, microwave and everything you need for everyday life and it is open to the living-dining room and equipped with air conditioning. There are two bedrooms with exterior access, one of which has a double bed and air conditioning. There are 2 bathrooms, one is outside the house. The small village of Buger has about 1000 inhabitants. It is located in the Del Raiguer district and has an important historical legacy: the natural cave of Can Mossenya and the talayotic village of Rafal des Puig are the oldest traces of human habitation in this region.
