Please note: Beside using a sterilizer we also use an ionizer between each guest. Come enjoy the celebration of Spring. Bar-b-q undercover, go fishing for rainbows or bass, cozy wood burning fireplace and a major close up display of God's handiwork. Downtown Seattle is 26 miles away. Snoqualmie skiing is 50 mins away & Crystal Mountain is 69 mins away. Do you have a large group? I have three units at this location. The uniqueness of this space is the opportunity to be connected to nature in a most peaceful setting. The home itself is like a time capsule when construction was heavy duty. We have a brand new MiniSplit system for heat and......wait for it..... air conditioning! Fishing is year around and we have a canoe, a launch with electric motor and a paddle boat. Guests have full access to the large deck and stairs down to the water and the dock with three boats, including a launch w/electric motor. I live in the same apartment home and am available for guidance and questions. We have three distinct neighborhoods within 8 mins or less (Maple Valley, Covington and Fairwood) that have delightful coffee houses, sushi bars and much more. Seattle Fun - Pikes Place Market with a stop at the original Starbucks and the infamous Gum wall - The Great Wheel and Wings Over Washington (same pier, next to each other) - Seattle Underground tour Food Tour (Different companies offer tours to your liking, just do a search); we did this one: Space Needle Chihuly Glass Museum Ferry Ride We went to Bainbridge Island, cute downtown area for shopping/souvenirs. Great places for lunch. Ferry schedule is easy to find and follow. Museums (Seattle Art Museum, the Aquarium, Boeing's Museum of Flight, to name a few) Axe Throwing We did this in Capitol Hill, another great area to explore. Eat at the tasty Seattle-based Taco Chukies Great breakfast - Maltby Cafe Scenic drive - Historic Rosalyn WA All Day trip - Mt Rainier to Sunrise or Paradise Beautiful picture spot - Kerry Park in Queen Anne Hope this is helpful! Lake Youngs trails and Shadow Lake reserve are just blocks away. Tiger Mountain trail head is 12 mins away and Snoqualmie Skiing is 49 mins away. So many wonderful outdoors activities in the greater Seattle area. Seatac airport is 30 mins and the downtown Seattle Pike Place Farmer's Market is 40 mins. In our local communities you will find weekly farmer's markets, specialty bakeries, award winning ethnic restaurants of all kinds. I'm so excited about this new adventure to share this gorgeous property with others and hear the stories of their amazing walk in this world. I am adding furniture and have a friendly resident who would love to set you up with fishing for the trout in the lake. AND be sure and bring your bird watching binoculars as well as your favorite picture taking instrument.
