The location is remote enough to be able to give you total peace and tranquilty but near enough to be within a 2 minute to drive to the local shop and restaurant. The valley of the lot et Garonne has so much to offer from wonderfully historic bastides, spectacular scenery, Local markets to Chateaus and vineyards and more. Grenier Gite has been lovingly renovated to provide a high level of comfort and style. Light, bright and airey. The Gite is comprises of kitchen and dining area, seperate sitting room with smart tv, double bedroom, and shower room. The gite has a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, electric cooker, fridge and washing machine. The room opens out into the dining area which has a table and four chairs. The separate bathroom has a shower, basin and WC. The bedroom which is furnished with a double bed with cotton bedlinen, duvet and pillows. Outside the gite there is a covered terrace with seating area . Hot tub exclusively for your use. Sun loungers & bbq. Parking space for your vehicle. Sorry no pets allowed. The site has is own entrance and parking area. There is a covered terrace so that you can just sit back and enjoy the area. We provide all towels and bedding, complimentary toiletries and a welcome pack so that you can arrive and unwind straight away. We live in the property next door so we are usually available should you need anything. The lot et Garonne is in our opinion one of the most beautiful parts of France. There are so many places to visit and discover, however, if you want peace and tranquility and just to get away from the world, we certainly have it. We are a nature lovers paradise, with deer, coypu, wild boar and a whole host of birds regularly visiting is just wonderful to sit on the covered terrace with a bottle of local wine and just enjoy. The roads around are very quiet, this making it enjoyable to go for a stroll, wether its up to the local restaurant or shop in the main village or over to one of the neighbouring villages. A great way to discover the local area is by bicycle.
