Newly renovated flat in the desirable conservation area of the Shrubbery Hillside. 5 min walk to seafront and town centre and steps away from Shrubbery park. A short walk to the tranquil Weston Woods. Relax and unwind in our comfortable sea view flat. Quiet neighbourhood location but only steps from all the amenities Weston has to offer. Close to Cheddar Gorge, Wells, and many NT sites. You will be greeted by a well appointed kitchen with a full size fridge freezer and washer/dryer. Dining area can be set for 4 (photoed with 2). A well appointed large double bedroom with wardrobe and full length mirror. In the lounge there is a brand new memory mattress ottoman pull out bed (see photo), we also have a new single z-bed available if needed for that space. Comfortable lounge area with soft leather seating, a 42 inch TV, and loads of light from the skylights. This leads to a small patio bar area where you can gaze at the sea and take in the sights and sounds of the sea front. You can relax with a bath or enjoy a lovely rain head shower. You will have a private parking spot as well, which is a big bonus for this area. If you need anything during your stay, we are just a phone call or text away. We do not live on site. The Hillside area of Weston is very sought after for its closeness to the sea and town centre, but its a quiet location mostly filled with gorgeous Victorian homes, tons of character, and lots of green space. There will be maps in the property book with the best ways to access the Promenade and park. There is a bus stop about a minute's walk away.
