A hidden gem in the heart of Kampung Janda Baik awaits your discovery. ‘Intan Payung’ is a private estate comprises of two beautifully decorated cottages surrounded by lush greenery, a river stream and a private pool. It can sleep up to max 15 pax. Kindly note STRICTLY 15 pax. The acre-wide space is perfect for family gathering and friends’ get together away from hustle and bustle of the city. It is also suitable for hosting bigger events such as weddings and family day. You will have access to two private cottages: Cottage 1 A dorm-styled cottage with 2 queen-sized bunk beds that can comfortably sleep 8 adults, and 2 other queen-sized beds that can fit 4 adults separately. In this cottage you will also have access to an indoor bathroom equipped with a shower. Just behind this cottage, there is another bathing area and toilet available for guests. Cottage 2 A master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower equipped with heating facilities that can sleep up to 3 adults comfortably For dining purposes, Intan Payung offers a spacious patio with a hand-made dining table made by local craftsmen of Janda Baik where you can enjoy your meals overhearing the tranquil sounds of birds chirping and the river flowing. Within a few steps of the patio, there is a fully equipped kitchen for your cooking needs. Also available is a BBQ pit which you may use at your own convenience. However, please observe the 'no-pork' policy in our kitchen and pantry. With ample space within our compound, you may freely arrange for events and activities during your stay with us. For guests who are interested in hosting bigger events like weddings that require tents and such to be put up, please drop us a message and we can discuss the arrangement. For events there is a separate charges imposed. Intan Payung is the best place to fully immerse yourselves in the Kampung (Village) experience, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hammock by the pond allows you to do just that and as such we welcome you to enjoy this beautiful place of ours. Guests have access to the entire property and amenities as well as the pool and the river. Located in Kg Janda Baik - it is just a 45 minute drive from the Kuala Lumpur City Centre.
