It is directly across from Founders theatre & Seddon Park and only a quick stroll to Waikato Stadium. Waikato hospital is only 2kms away. Please note there is secure parking for one vehicle only in the garage which has internal access to the house. Note that the garage is on the smaller side might not be suitable for extra large vehicles. There is street parking (2 hour limits during the day) or paid car parking at wilson car park across the road at founders theatre. Full access to three level townhouse I am available at all times through Airbnb app or phone. Guests self check in via electronic keypad. Apart of a townhouse complex.
