We are offering a ground floor XL room (240sqft) with private washroom & bath tab in our bungalow @ Orpington. You will be provided with toiletries, towels, Wifi, double bed (memory foam mattress)+double sofa bed (make DFS) to make your stay relaxed & comfortable. Ideal for families-Sleeps 4. We have free parking outside if you wish to discover the beauty of Kent by car Public transport is just 1 min walk. Traditional Indian vegetarian food is available at little extra cost payable on arrival Orpington is an upmarket location with very good direct connections (just 1 stop) to City of London- London bridge/Charring cross & beyond within 30 minutes. Your's will be a ground floor room with step free access across main door. There is enough storage space with 3 full wardrobes with hangers. Your room is just across the entrance with its own private washroom. You will get a set of keys for independent anytime access. You will have access to fully functional kitchen with hob, microwave, pots/pans & cutlery just in case you want to cook your own food. Alternatively mouth watering traditional Indian vegetarian food is available at little extra cost to be paid upon arrival. English/Indian Breakfast @ £5pp & Indian Dinner @ £10pp (Children under 4 eat free if you are opting for food plan). If you like to have food with us please do let us know about any allergies or special requirements in advance (vegan, gluten free etc). We are professionals with a proper Food business registration, do local catering & complied with all food hygiene guidelines. Harvey Hv3 water softner is installed for filtered drinking water & soft water for all other purposes. Private bathroom, shared kitchen, shared lounge (with Smart TV- Amazon Prime, Netflix) & a wonderful garden (with small children toys) We are an Indian family which cooks great vegetarian food, passionate about travelling (been to 87 countries till date) & making friends -can discuss few stories over a drink. I love learning about other people’s lives and experiences. But equally happy to show you in and leave you to it. Orpington Shopping centre (The Walnuts) & high street is a leisurely 5mins walk with numerous multi cuisine restaurants, Odeon Cinema, Pubs, Parlours etc . Famous Priory Gardens with a small lake is on the back of bungalow (3mins walk)- ideal for a leisurely walk in the morning/evening. Iceland (grocery store) is 7 mins walk & Tesco Xtra is a leisurely 15 mins walk. Please Note- Our house is in Zone 6 & daily Oyster pay as go cap is £12.80 per person (unlimited travel for all modes of transport) if you want to visit London city for all its attractions. Closest Airport: 1. Gatwick- 30 miles( 35mins drive) & Uber should charge around £42 2. Stansted airport is 45miles away & Uber should charge around £55 3. Heathrow Airport is 50miles & Uber should charge around £65-70 Coming by Car: Take junction 4 exit on M25, 7 mins drive from there. Public transport: From Airport come to London bridge national rail station (by underground if coming from Heathrow/Stansted or overground if coming from Gatwick) & from here take a fast train to Orpington station (1st stop-16mins), from Orpington station take Bus no-R4 or 353(from stop B) & get down at Ramsden road (Stop A), Bus journey usually takes 10mins. Cross the Red lights of court road & its 3rd house on the other side of road. We are a young family and are happy to share our house with people.
