Ideal for a family stay as well as for a business stay. Located on the 3rd floor with lift, the flat is composed as follows: Day area : - Entrance with cupboard - A beautiful and luminous living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed, a TV and a connected speaker as well as a large desk area with numerous computer plugs - An ultra-modern kitchen with central island, open to the living room, fully equipped: fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher... Night space: - A quiet bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) and a TV.
