It has spectacular views of Mount McKenzie situated on over 2 acres of land in quite rural surrounds. It is ideal for couples, groups and families. With so many national parks, history, boutique stores, restaurants and local produce to explore and try Carpe Diem Cottage is the perfect place to getaway from the city. Enjoy free Wi-fi while sitting by the fireplace with a bottle of wine. Carpe Diem Cottage is a brand new house, situated in very quiet countryside. Showering or bathing with rainwater is just divine and sitting out on the patio watching the sun set over the mountains with a bottle of wine is just sublime. All soaps, toiletries and cleaning detergents are locally sourced and derived from natural products. Carpe Diem Cottage has its own private gate and driveway and is fenced off between the upcoming Carpe Diem Guesthouse and Carpe Diem Homestead. Trees and shrubs have been planted around the property which will be flourishing beautifully in the Sporing and Summer to give additional privacy. Once you let me know what time you will be arriving I will be sure to have the fireplace well alight for you (maybe not in Summer), flowers, locally baked bread and any other goodies that may be in season which I can source locally. Carpe Diem Cottage is situated amongst residential and rural properties 5kms from the heart of Tenterfield. You will see cows and horses and the occasional kangaroo as well as other small wildlife at dusk and dawn. Carpe Diem Cottage is located 400metres at the end of a newly tarred road. Unless you came with your horse the best mode of transportation is by car. Most national parks, historic landmarks, restaurants, shops and necessities are all located within a 10km radius of Carpe Diem Cottage.
