You will not get 5 star treatment for the price you pay, the rooms, the house and service are standard I have a cat who IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE YOU NEED to shower regularly You need to also respect this is a shared space, the people who live here generally get up early, you don’t need to, but you must be mindful of others. Any junkies, will be thrown out like my last guest The house is in a quiet suburban street 15 minutes drive from the airport and close to transport and parks Guest will have access to all the houses utilities including the kitchen bathroom and the laundry I am as interactive as you would like to be My neighbourhood is quiet and friendly My house is a 1km to merlynston train station and 1.6kms to the 19 tram stop. It is roughly a 15 minute drive to Tullamarine international airport i also rent other rooms in the house
