Apartment in the center of Dortmund

Our 47 sqm apartment is located in the center of Dortmund and offers a maximum of 2 persons (+ max one baby / toddler) the ideal accommodation for a quiet and relaxing stay. It offers visitors to the football stadium, trade fair visitors, culture fans, Christmas market visitors, shopping enthusiasts and others, through the central location of our apartment the optimal accommodation. The living room has a sofa bed for 2 persons. A complete bed set for our 2 guests is available and can be stowed comfortably in the daytime in the integrated bed box, so that the room can be comfortably used as living space. A TV is also available. Optionally there is the possibility to put a cot in the apartment, so that a small guest can find his place with us. The apartment has a washing machine (detergent in small numbers available), where our guests can wash their clothes if necessary. A small clothes horse as well as a desk and iron are also available. In the bathroom are next to toilet paper towels also a hair dryer, soap, shower gel and shampoo. Our kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and ceramic hob and an extractor hood. Furthermore, our guests have a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine (a small amount of coffee powder is available). In addition, the kitchen has a small but fine basic equipment (crockery, cutlery, pots, pan, salt and pepper, oil, teapot, etc.), so you can easily cook during your stay. The dining table with 2 seats in the kitchen not only offers space to eat, but is also ideal as a workplace. The entire apartment is equipped with smoke detectors. A small first aid kit is also available. In the hall there is a built-in closet for our guests, where clothes can be hung and put in as well. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Since we live in the middle of the city, the search for a parking space is not always easy. We look forward to our guests and are always available to answer questions. Should something not be to the satisfaction of our guests, we would be glad about feedback. Our apartment is located in the city center of Dortmund. In the immediate vicinity (just under 400 m) are: EDEKA, REWE and ALDI. An organic supermarket (Fertile Earth - just under 600 meters) is just a few steps from the property. A stroll through the city center of Dortmund can also be done on foot. Only 850 m away is the city center. Only about 400 meters away is the subway and S-Bahn stop "Stadthaus". Thus, our guests can easily and quickly use public transport. The apartment offers both football fans who want to visit the Westfalenstadion or the Signal Iduna Park, as well as fair guests of Westfalenhallen the perfect accommodation, as both within walking distance or by the nearby public transport without problems. The Stadewäldchen directly adjacent to the property, a green area in the middle of Dortmund, is a connection between our apartment and the stadium and the Westfalenhallen dar. Worthwhile is also a visit to the Westfalenpark, which is located at the end of Stadewäldchens.
