Close to well known hiking trails and nature reserves. 5mins walk to the Glencain beach and a short drive to Simons Town, famous for seeing the penguin colony at Boulders Beach. This Authentic house with modern conveniences has high ceiling, wooden floors, large lounge/living room and a seperate dining area. The Villa has 5 spacious rooms, 2 ensuite and 2 with doors leading to the outside pool area. There is also an additional Lounge/living space with a small kitchen that opens onto the terrace by the pool. The mountain/sea facing balcony is sheltered with comfy couches, ideal for evening sundowners. The entire house and cottage is available. There is parking space for 3 cars, one garage and a driveway. This space excludes one of the garages.
