A recently renovated and decorated 1 bedroom apartment situated in Ampelokipoi, a neighborhood with the mean "live like a local". The apartment has fine quality furnitures and materials that will make your staying comfortable and safe. Decorated with passion and love has all the amenities for living in a short or long period. Between 3 main roads,bet very quiet during the day and night. Easy access to everything you need as cafes,supermarkets,restaurants and public transports are few steps away. Getting in the apartment you have the living room with a fine quality sofa-bed and huge 73" LG smart TV, the kitchen is next, fully equipped and created with a modern design. Going on the bedroom you have a queen size bed with a fine quality mattress so you will sleep comfortable. Last is the bathroom which is also renovated and has modern design. All the apartment is yours. Opposite of the building is a private parking,they charge per hour or per day, the private parking is working 6 am to 11pm (when is close you can not get in or out)from Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday is close so you can't get in or out,please mention that. If you want to use the parking tell the guys working there that you are from Dimitris apartment. I like to give space to my guests but i am 24h available to assist Ampelokipoi is a "live like a local" neighborhood, here you have everything you need, is at the city center always busy and not far from the most important sightseeings. The apartment is situated between 2 metro stations, Megaro mousikis and Ampelokipoi Station are 5 to 10 minutes walking. Under the main door are several bus stops going all over the city and to the airport /port as well. The apartment has solar panels on the terrace of the building,so as in Greece we have almost every day sun you will have all the time hot water,if the day is cloudy then you can turn on the electric water heater
