Stone House Cottages; Gingerbread

Nestled in the Haliburton Highlands, Stone House Cottages offers a relaxing retreat for family and friends to reconnect. Our cottages feature cozy, rustic accommodations and amenities to make your stay enjoyable! We believe guests should have an opportunity to escape from the hustle and bustle and connect back with nature and with the loved ones they are staying with. Due to this, our cottages do not have WiFi or Satellite TV. There is however, a TV and DVD player provided. Gingerbread Cabin is located on the edge of the property, overlooking beautiful perennial gardens and a mature forest. It is a quiet get away close to town and lakes to discover! There are acres of trails to explore on the property as well as a community cabin for those rainy days. Outside kitchen, BBQ, Fire pit, hiking trails, Hudsons Bay Community Cabin, and Vegetable/herb gardens My house is on the same property, if there is an emergency. Just call! Minden and Haliburton are small towns that have everything you need! Whether you're interested in shopping at locally owned businesses, fishing on the nearby lakes, visiting Haliburton Forest Wolf Centre, eating some Kawartha Dairy ice cream, or floating down the Gull River. Minden and Haliburton provide unique experiences year round! Five minute drive to downtown Minden. Twenty minute drive to downtown Haliburton.
