Comfortable twin room between city and countryside

I suggest you come and occupy a carefully decorated room on the first floor of my house. You will enjoy a quiet setting outside the city but not far from the center of Le Mans and public transport. Ideal for enjoying 24H auto races and summer events. Walk through the alleys of the old town to appreciate the architecture. Discover many restaurants and bars. For nature lovers, recharge your batteries in the heart of the Mancelles Alps and its hiking trails. You will have at your disposal, in your room, sheets, duvet and pillows, microwave, kettle, mini fridge, and some crockery. A main bed (140 x 190 cm). An extra folding bed, depending on reservation (80 x 190cm) is available as well as a cot (travel cot with mattress). You also get a mist fan on hot days. Towels provided. In summer, enjoy the terrace with the garden furniture. You can park your vehicle on my private land or in my yard. If space in the garage allows, you can even store your motorcycles and bicycles there. OPTIONAL: a gourmet breakfast can be offered. Free service for more autonomy. Request to be formulated by message when booking. You will have at your disposal a private room and a bathroom with WC (occasionally shared). You can use the outdoor terrace during fine weather. Maquère is a small town of the locality type at the exit of Le Mans administratively attached to Aigné. Located 10 minutes by car from the large shopping area of Le Mans Nord (Auchan), and the motorway (A11 and A28). A bus runs every hour at Maquère to drop you off near the university. The journey is unfortunately long (allow at least 45min!). I advise you to go to the university parking lot by car and take the tram. Otherwise, Le Mans offers plenty of parking.
