The Long Island Beachside Studio is right on the beach, making it the ideal mid week or weekend escape for solo travellers and parties of two. The studio’s private courtyard includes a seating area for sharing meals, a potted kitchen garden and Weber BabyQ. Enjoy our bike, indoor plants, polished concrete floors, a functional kitchen, ceiling fan and air-con. Breakfast provisions include muesli, bread milk and juice provided for the first morning Set in renowned Gould St Frankston, this accom is beach front and offers private access for residents and guests to the beach. There are No Roads To Cross! A fully equipped kitchen with Baccarat kitchenware, portable induction cook top, quality tableware, Nespresso coffee machine and basic pantry items, bath and beach towels and yoga mat are included. Outside in the paved courtyard there is a BabyQ Weber and table to sit amongst the bird of paradise palms and leafy green potted plants.The renovated bathroom is a classic 1960s space, small but functional with plenty of storage, mirrors and indoor plants. It's a 15 min walk to the Frankston train station and a 10min walk to the Bayside Shopping centre which includes Myer and all the big brands, great cafes, bars and restaurants. Paddle boarding lessons and hire available, please enquire when booking to arrange a suitable time. The beautiful pristine waters of this quiet beach with very few public access points awaits you. The Long Island Beachside Studio is located in Gould Street which sits in between Kananook Creek and the Long Island strip of beach in Frankston. It is a leisurely stroll to great cafes and restaurants such as Waves, Vero Pasta and Wine Bar, The Hop Shop, Seagulls Greek Tavern, The Frankston Brewhouse, Yummy Pho, Halong Long 2, Geonbae and One Pear Tree Cafe amongst others. There is also the Bayside Shopping Centre, Hoyts Cinema, Holey Moley and Strike Bowling but the beauty of this studio is it's close proximity to the tranquility of Long Island Beach. Walking and bike tracks are popular amongst locals, come and explore the neighbourhood! The beachside suburb of Frankston is located within one hour of the Melbourne CBD. The Frankston train line runs directly from the Melbourne CBD; and the Long Island studio is a 15 min walk from the station. No car is necessary for this beach getaway although free parking is available. Uber and Frankston Taxi service will take you across the Mornington Peninsula, or take a drive and explore the best beaches, wineries and restaurants the region has to offer.
