The Cottage can accommodate up to 4 Guests and is centrally located in Durban North; which is ideal proximity to Moses Mabhida Stadium, Ushaka Marine World, ICC Exhibition Centre, Sun Coast Casino, Gateway Theatre of Shopping and Umhlanga Rocks ... all within 2 - 10km radius. Palm cottage features a large private courtyard with table, chairs, umbrella and Weber braai for outdoor entertainment. Other features are a self-contained kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine and everything you would need for cooking. The bedroom has a queen sized bed with en-suite bathroom and air-conditioning. 100% white cotton linens and feather duvet inner and pillows. The lounge area has a double sleeper couch which can be changed out for two /three single beds if you would prefer. (a days notice is needed for this to be changed. ) There is a Flat screen TV connected to an Apple TV with Netflix, full DSTV . The whole unit has WIFI connectivity. The cottage and courtyard are self contained. There is a single covered parking bay allocated to the Cottage. This is adjacent to the lock-up garage which you will see as you drive into the property. There is a flight of concrete stairs going down to the Cottage in front of the parking bay. Guests will be given a remote for the electric gate upon arrival. This must be returned upon departure. I work full time . My wonderful caretaker Master will check you in and is around to assist you with anything you need. I am available via telephone should you need anything from me
