Our unit is designed to meet your needs the best way we can. We offer a fully airconditioned and furnished room. The living room is equipped with a television for your easy entertainment. Cutleries, crokeries and cooking essentials are available. Sleep on a comfortable double size bed or doze off in front of the television in the provided sofa bed in the living room. We provide a complete set of fresh linens and towels. Relax in the comfort of your own bathroom and partitioned toilet. Toiletries such as toilet paper, soap and shampoo will be well provided. Guest can acccess swimming pool, gym, game room and student lounge (study room/area) for as long as the booking is long term. Considered long term booking is minimum of one month. For one (1) up to twenty nine (29) days booking, the guest can access only the swimming pool with a fee of P150 during weekdays and P300 during weekends and holidays. Gym, game room and student lounge are not accessible for short term booking. We are very responsive with our guests during the pre-booking, booking and check-in phases. After orientation of the place, we will provide you with our contact details so you may easily message or call us should you need anything. The neighborhood is pretty commercialized yet basic so you won't have to worry about getting around. The area is surrounded by lots of food hubs. This will be returned upon check out after assessment that there in no damaged / lost item the unit. 2. For security reasons, visitor/s should register in the lobby and provide a valid photo identification card. An extra Php 400 will be charged if they will stay over night. 3.Once booking is confirmed, please send a copy of your valid photo identification card for check in convenience. Passports would be ideal for foreign guests. You may send them via email or by Airbnb sms. 4. We have pay parking on the premises subject toavailability. Overnight parking is not allowed. 5. Pick up and drop off service (Airport to Green Residences) or vice versa, is offered however subject to availability. Please contact us for the price. 6. Toiletries are provided for short term guessts ( maximum stay of 6 nights ). Guests who booked for more than a week of stay, toiletries will be given covering their first week only. We provide extra linens and towels upon request. Please contact us regarding the price. 7. Guest will shoulder any lost/damaged item inside the unit or within the building. Please be careful of the equipment, machinery, tables and chairs, inside the premises as you are responsible for the damage that may incur during your stay. Payment for any lost or damaged item will deducted from the security deposit. So please take extra care, respect and love the place as your own. 8. CCTVs and roving security guards are everywhere.
