The surrounding trees afford you complete visual privacy, no overlooking surrounding buildings. . Early morning arrival accommodated upon arrangement. Your Accommodation is separated from the main house by a veranda, garden foliage and screens which provide privacy for your unit and immediate external surrounds . A private external timber deck overlooks woodlands sloping to a creek gully below. There are no surrounding overlooking buildings. Consisting of two bedrooms, bathroom and a large Living/Kitchen. Wi-Fi is available. There is a washing machine (clothing) in the Bathroom and a 'guests' Gas BBQ on your timber deck. A further undercover Gas BBQ is available in a shared area. The ‘Trip Planner’ is very useful. Our closest Winery & Cellar Door 'Underground Wines' Mount Eliza (6 min. drive). Some of our favourite Peninsula places include – Peninsula Hot springs, Arthurs Seat Eagle Skylift (26’ drive), the wine trails (closer), visiting the many available craft markets, Sorrento historic town centre, Frankston Waterfront, McClelland Sculpture Gallery, Mount Martha Village, the many bay and ocean beaches, walking the coastal trails & national parks. Earlier morning arrivals accommodated by arrangement. (No extra charge). The ‘guests only’ carpark is accessed via a separate driveway with a secluded garden path to your unit. We are always here if you need us, otherwise you probably won't see us. ‘The Mount Eliza Woodlands’ - a special place, where 'Homes meet the Woodlands' it has been said. A fully developed low density neighbourhood where mother nature takes pride of place. The properties and bush flow seamlessly into one another. Our property abuts a network of meandering peaceful creek side walking tracks. A short 5 minute drive takes you to the intriguing Mount Eliza Village, ….. Boutique shopping, a variety of restaurants and eateries. A further 2 minute’s drive beyond is the beautiful Canadian Bay, our closest Port Phillip Bay cove. You would need to have your own car to best take in the delights of the Peninsula.
