Villa Nico is an ancient 19th century farmhouse, wisely restored by the architect Nicolò Chiavetta. The Villa has a modern and welcoming style and includes all the comforts. Located just 200 meters from the sea, it is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday or simply as a base for visiting the entire coast from Palermo to Cefalù. Villa Nico is composed externally by a private road leading to a large private parking in front of the Villa and a garden with Jacuzzi, gym equipment, lounge, solarium and outdoor shower. In the back a comfortable laundry room. Inside the villa is divided on 3 floors: Ground floor composed of: - dining area and living room with sofa bed, TV and air conditioning. - Kitchen complete with dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave oven and coffee machine. - bathroom with shower. First floor: - bedroom with double bed, TV and air conditioning. - bedroom with 2 single beds, TV and air conditioning. - bathroom with shower and bathtub. The host's house is located adjacent to the villa and the guest can address any request, problem and clarification. Villa Nico is situated on the coast of Casteldaccia, with many Liberty-style villas. Villa Nico is located just 200 meters from the sea, where guests can find restaurants, beaches, pubs, clubs and the museum of wine cellars "Vini Corvo" with tastings of their wines. At 100 meters there is the train station of Casteldaccia that in only 20 minutes you can reach the center of Palermo and in 40 minutes the city of Cefalù.
