Modern APT with view over Rhine

Beautiful, lovely Room with a single-bed, a big carpet, own Flat-TV as well as Stereo-Musik, DVD-Player, mirror, table, WiFi. Well situated for students or visitors of the fairs in Cologne or Bonn as well as the Cologne-Carneval. The room is part of a 3-room-APT with a wonderful view over the Rhine. In this APT I life with my 8 year old daughter and my cat "Loona". The APT has a big and clean bathroom, a great kitchen and a big and cosy living-room. It also owns a nice balcony with a wonderful view and a hugh garden!!! Washing-maschine and a big room to dry your clothes you`ll find in the ground-floor. To reach the beautyful town "Bonn" by bus it takes only 15 minutes and by car about 5 minutes. To reach "Cologne" it takes about 25 km. You can also reach it by different types of bus or train. Also the international airport Cologne/Bonn is only about 15 km away. There are several shops, boutiques, markets to buy food, banks, doctors, cafés, beachbar, restaurants, minigolf and much more nearby. We prefer single-traveling women as guests, but please...if you are a male traveler, don`t hesitate to contact us and ask for the room. As houserules it is very important for us to keep our APT clean. Please take of your shoes when you come in. If you use the kitchen please clean it after and don`t cut with the knife without a plate or anything else to safe the kitchen!! You`re allowed to smoke on the balcony or in the garden, but please put your cigarettes into the ashtray! If you accept our houserules please contact us before booking.
