It is ideally located at : - 10 minutes by bus or walk from Auchan Cloche d’or - 15 minutes by bus from Luxembourg centre - 10 minutes by bus from Sport Center of Kockelscheuer (golf, tennis, badminton, bowling, fitness…) - 10 minutes walk of many restaurants, supermarkets (including Food 2 Go open 7/week from 7am to 9pm) , pharmacies, bakeries… The apartment is suitable for 2 people maximum. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a good sized walk-in shower and a new kitchen that is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and Nespresso machine. The living room is bright and spacious with floor to ceiling windows and boasts a 139cm Television. Wifi is available. A private garden is at your disposal with a table and a lounge. There are laundry facilities, with a private washer and dryer located in the building. Smoking is accepted only in the terrasse but not in the apartment. It is absolutely forbidden to smoke inside. We love dogs and cats but for health and hygiene reasons we don't welcome them in the apartment On arrival, the bed will be prepared and towels are provided. Snacks are also offered (bottles of water and beer, cake, tea, coffee…) The entire apartment is at your disposal.
