There is a lovely open lawn to relax on and a well-appointed living area to sit & enjoy the view. The Cliffs offers large screen Smart Internet TV, free high-speed Fibre broadband WiFi, Netflix, board games & book collection, Espresso machine, gas BBQ, air-conditioning & garage with internal entry. The Cliffs is a sun-filled house with stunning views and spacious living area. This property boasts 2 double bedrooms and a 3rd bedroom with King Single bunks. Guests are provided access to all main areas of the house. We provide the convenience of an easy self check in process. However, we are a team of passionate locals & it would be our pleasure to assist you should you need any help during your stay or should you wish to touch base with us about good places to eat or visit :-) Nelson's most beautiful seaside suburb & the closest seaside area to the city centre. The area is characterised by a mixture of beautiful historic & modern homes, established trees & gardens, excellent all day sunshine, friendly people, wonderful peace & safety & of course magnificent views over the sea & mountains! It's best to have car or hire bicycles wherever you choose to stay in Nelson, but the beach, waterfront restaurants & cafes & the Nelson city centre are all within 20~30min walk of The Cliffs. Public buses run from the main waterfront road - just under 10min walk away or a taxi ride to the beach, waterfront or city centre would typically be around NZ$8! Parking The garage is not currently available for guest use, but there is ample off-street parking for 2 vehicles and easy quiet-street onstreet parking as well. Guest capacity The Cliffs is ideal for 6 guests, but we can offer a portacot, kids mattress or airbed when needed to accommodate an extra child or adult guest increasing capacity to 7.
