On nearby Glasgow Road there is a choice of Indian, Chinese, kebab, Pizza and Fish and Chip take-away restaurants plus bakeries and again very nearby a large Tesco Supermarket. Visiting Glasgow is also easy with Gilmour Street Station only 7 minutes walk with trains every 10 minutes into Glasgow central station and the heart of Glasgow City.
