Mawson Lakes Apartment including a light breakfast

Welcome to my modern comfortable and clean apartment opposite the leafy University of SA. The apartment is one block away from restaurants, hotel, gyms, doctors, banks and 2 supermarkets. You will have access to the city via the local train (only 8 mins walk) or via 2 bus lines in Main St (2 mins walk) . The internationally famous Barossa Valley wine growing district is on a 25 minute drive away. A light breakfast is included eg milk bread fruit and eggs. Hope you enjoy your stay. The space is comfortable and home like. I normally live here but I move out for my guests. Pictures and personal affects are a part of the charm. The apartment is yours to enjoy. I am only 20 mins away if needed and can be contacted at any reasonable time. The neighbours are very quiet and tend to keep to themself. Lots of options to get around. Direct train service to the CBD. The Mawson Lakes Interchange (Bus and Train) is only 8 min casual walk away. At the last count I saw 4 different bus numbers heading towards the city. The bus can be caught 2 mins from the apartment.
