Villa Felinas, 4 bedrooms, pool, beautiful view!

This beautiful villa inspires happiness with its beautiful and soothing view overlooking the surrounding vines... You will easily unwind with the comforts of the house and its surroundings. Come for a memorable stay you will remember the sounds of the cicadas and the tastes of the fresh figs and olives... Our house is overlooking the village and is private as it is on top of a hill providing pleasant wind all day and night. It is also walking distance to the village. You will enjoy the sun during the whole day. At the pool level you will find 2 bedrooms with comfortable queen size beds and their own private bathrooms. The well equipped kitchen with access to the terrace , living room, dining room and an extra WC are also at this level. The stairs will take you to the lower floor where there are 2 other bedrooms with 2 single beds each. These rooms share a shower with separate WC and are accessible through the garage. Washer and dryer are available also. Linens and towels are provided. Our house is surrounded by beautiful villages, each with their own charm, trails for mutiple trecks, or bike rides along the Canal du Midi. Carcassonne is a must see and is only 35 minutes away. Why not go spend the day by the beach which is only an hour away? At the end of the day, when you return the pool will refresh you and if that is not enough, have a chilled glass of local rosé enjoying the magnificent relaxing view.... The pool is not secured with a gate. To ensure its safety, the pool cover must be replaced when you are done swimming.
