Kokopelli House, Majella National Park

Within the heart of the historic centre of Serramonacesca, a very pretty, centrally heated, three storey Town House. Two double bedrooms with luxury bathrooms, one double bedsitting room with woodburning stove; kitchen with open fireplace, small garden with barbecue. All bedrooms have balconies and stunning views. Flexible for 2 - 6 persons, perfect for access to the Majella National Park for hiking, snowshoeing (snowshoes available), skiing, rock climbing, biking. Our guests have full access to the entire house and garden. There is a general food store in the village, two bars, a butcher, pharmacy and restaurant/pizzeria. For exploring the Majella, we have extensive knowledge of the area and can give advice, maps and guidance for hikers, rock climbers, skiers, etc. There is parking immediately outside the house. Buses leave from the village 2-3 times daily connecting to the main transport hubs of Manoppello Scalo, Chieti Scalo and Pescara. We offer a pick up service from any of the above locations. In the winter, the heating is set to the recommended 22 degrees celsius. If you would like it warmer, you can light the fires in the kitchen and sitting room for which you can buy a basket of wood from us for €5 per basket (the first basket on arrival is free). If you would like us to raise the temperature of the radiators, then a supplement will be required.
