Spacious Apartment directly in skiing area

Our fully equipped apartment offers plenty of space for up to 10 people. It has a perfect location especially for skiing, you can reach the next ski slope after no more than 30 meters (at usual snow conditions). Skiing was never more convenient! Also the skiing area (Obersaxen-Mundaun) is great as it offers 120 km of ski slopes, 4 peaks, north and south-sides, and reasonable ticket prices (especially for families) and usually no waiting times at the lifts. The apartment (110 sqm) has a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and 2 hobs, a terrace, a bathroom with 2 sinks, a washing machine and 3 bedrooms. Accordingly, it offers plenty of space for up to 10 people! Fresh bed sheets are included in the price! Of course you will have the whole apartment all for yourself! Our apartment is located directly in the skiing area at 1350 m of altitude, which in winter usually allows for good snow conditions. The skiing area surrounding it (it is called Obersaxen-Mundaun) is huge, and has more than 120 km of ski slopes, 4 peaks and north- and southsides. And yet it somehow managed to remain an insiders' tip far away from mass tourism: In contrast to many other skiing areas even in high season there are usually no long waiting lines at the lifts - so you don`t spend your holiday waiting in a crowd of people, but actually on the skiing slopes:) In winter it is located directly within the skiing area Obersaxen-Mundaun, next to a skiing slope, which will save you a lot of time and money: No need to drive by car to the lifts, and very easy to get to the apartment directly by ski (at usual snow conditions). For example: allows to easily take a break from skiing in the apartment (and save on expensive restaurants in the skiing area). In summer/fall the whole area (Surselva/Graubünden) has a lot to offer as well. A few tips for summer / autumn: It is located in one of the most beautiful regions of the Alps, with numerous exciting activities right on the doorstep guaranteeing an unforgettable experience: - Excellent mountain bike region - several hundred kilometers of trails with deep green forests, cool mountain lakes and glistening white glaciers on the horizon are right on your doorstep (you can find flyers with trail maps in the apartment). - discover the UNESCO World Heritage Tectonic Sardona (UNESCO (website hidden)) - A lake with a beach volleyball court (Rufalipark) is in about 5 minutes away by car or 20 minutes on foot - free admission! - Rafting in the wild and romantic, unique Rhine Gorge, the "Grand Canyon of Switzerland" with its mysterious lakes, craggy ravines and islands; only about 15 minutes drive from the apartment. - Over 1200 km of marked hiking trails lead through a versatile mountain and natural landscape between the source of the Rhine in the west, the Rhine Gorge in the east, the Greina Plateau in the south and the Val Frisal in the north. - Ride on the Rhaetian Railway, an impressive experience (e.g. start at Ilanz train station, about 7 km away, direct bus connection from the apartment) Flyers with more information are available in the apartment! Your holiday destination is easily accessible in about 1.5 hours drive from Zurich, and about 3 hours from Milan or Munich. There are free parking spaces in front of the house! Also the next bus stop is only 200 meters walk from the apartment with buses going regularly to Ilanz (about 7 km), where you can find the next train station as well as several supermarkets (Coop, Migros, Aldi). Bed sheets are included! Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the apartment.
