Historic Dover / Seacoast Region

Our modern home which we built in 2010 has an extensive backyard which is totally private. Downtown is a mere 4 miles (6.6km) away with beaches, water parks, and other great all seasons entertainment nearby. Sorry, we do not allow any pets and there is no smoking on our property! Please note, that our rates includes a required 9% NH Rooms & Meals Tax. We also have a cozy outside screened in room on our front porch...perfect for bug free relaxation including watching the many birds that frequent the bird feeders! Our guests are always encouraged to let us know if there is anything that they need, either in person, or via text or phone. We are only 4 miles to downtown Dover where you can find many shops, restaurants and things to do....The Children’s Museum, The Woodman Museum, parks, Cocheco River input....and many other fun activities! Visit: (Website hidden by Airbnb) There is an Amtrak station in downtown Dover, as well as the public "Coast" bus system available. We have a tenant living in a studio apartment on our property in the red barn behind our home, so if you see people coming and going from there, it is ok!
