Cozy bedroom in a great location!

This bedroom is in a shared house in a great location! It is a VERY short walking distance to Stop & Shop grocery store, The lobster shack restaurant, Cara Mia Italian restaurant, Pharmacy, Movie Theatre, Dunking donuts, Ralph's Italian Ices etc. There are two roommates that are quiet and are rarely home. This house is a 15 minute drive to the beautiful Long Island beaches and a 45 minute train ride to Manhattan. 2 minute walk to grocery stores, restaurants, shops. Kitchen, living room, basement and bathroom. There is unlimited parking in lot adjacent to the home. Interaction is great however I realize that guests have their own schedule and like to do their own thing. Quiet neighborhood that has great restaurants and bars. 15 minute drive to the beach and and 45 min train to Manhattan. Very close to Seaford train station on the LIRR. There is a parking lot adjacent to the house that has unlimited parking.
