The "Poolhouse" is situated on the French Riviera close to the village of Boulouris, which is 3km from St Raphaël on the coast road. The property is fully landscaped and has its own shared private heated 27°C swimming pool. Ideally situated 50 meters from the beach. The Poolhouse is classified as a 1 star seasonal rental on the Tourist Office website of Saint Raphaël. In July and August rentals are weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Electrically controlled gates guarantee maximum privacy and security. The sea and a series of quiet coves are within 2 minutes walk from the apartment. The beach is a sandy beach but we advise you to bring special swimming shoes as there are rocks in the sea. check out before 11 am check in after 2 pm NB.
