The area near the house is really nice and safe and quiet 2 min walk to grocery shop,bus/tram stops, pharmacy 5 min walk to the pond with a garden 5 min by bus-“Izmaylovo Kremlin” Around 8-12 min walk to the metro st. Preobrazhenskaya ploshad By metro: 5 min - park Sokolniki 7 min-Komsomolskaya square 15 min(around 6, the same line)-to the KREMLIN,Red Square,Historical Museum,Pushkin Museum,Tretyakovskaya Gallery You are very welcome to the kitchen and balcony - flat is on the 5 th floor. My flat styled in a nice and unique way - hand-painted walls in the hall by me and a friend of mine. Wallpapers in the salon and bedroom saved since USSR time🧐 and all furniture is new💫. 🌲Natural Wooden floors all over the flat 😍.
