There are 2 complete private bathrooms in the house near the bedrooms. The port wine farm is situated in the area that has been declared by UNESCO world heritage! Today, this region, is a world wide reference on table and port wines. The 200 years old Family house it's placed on a hill surrounded by vineyards and mountains! You have available and starting from our property a fantastic walk through vineyards and by the river. We provide as well in our cellar wine tasting. The space is unique because it has all the original features. Our guests will experience a cosy and very personalized approach and they will understand how a family in the Douro lived a 100 years ago! We offer 100% soft cotton bed linen, we provide every day bedroom cleaning service. Because the house it's situated in the the middle of vineyards you can go for a refreshing walk early in the morning on the vineyards without leaving the property. The kitchen is only for the use of the owners of the house. The fridge is just for family use it's a small size and unfortunately it will no be able to cater for the guests use. We can provide some tapas and wine from the region and a PICNIC BASKET if we have capacity that day and if you order in advance. Breakfast is served in the large dining room of the main house. You can also dine, you just need to let us know before hand. Enjoy a glass of a 50 years port produced by the family at a sunset surrounded by a landscape of vineyards and mountains!
