This caravan is pet-friendly so the whole family can join you on holiday! As a self-catering caravan, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge with freezerbox, a complete gas oven with 4 hobs and grill, a toaster, a kettle, and a microwave, all bought brand new along with all the pots, pans, oven trays and all the utensils you'll need to feed the family. Fitted with a gas powered boiler for instant hot water and central heating, also has double glazed windows. The caravan is a lovely place to relax and offers a smart 32" TV, an Xbox 360 with plenty of games and 2 controllers, lots of board games, and site provided internet access which is very cheap (starting at £2 for 1 day and £4 for 3 days) and bought at reception. Due to recent damage done I now require a security deposit, which will be refunded once I have confirmation from the cleaner that no damage has been done. I offer excellent communication at all times with generally instant replies. This caravan has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. In the first bedroom is a double bed, and the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. There is also a fold out double bed. in the living room. Duvets and pillows are provided, but you'll need your own sheets and towels. There is one bathroom, which has a toilet, mirror, sink and a walk-in shower. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm onwards, however I'm happy for you to go in after the cleaning is done, I'll tell you when its done which is normally about 12, and check-out is 11am latest. - Smoking is not allowed. - Parking is right outside of the caravan. - Pets are allowed at the property upon request, though a small pet surcharge of £20 will be payable.
