The perfect home away from home with everything you will need for a city escape in Port Melbourne. Our 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment light filled and furnished with quality furniture, appliances and linen for a comfortable stay. 150 metres from the beach (Beach Rd) & The Bay St precinct and The Spirit of Tasmania. An abundance of restaurants, bars and cafe's, minutes walk from front door. Walking tracks, shops & public transport, You name it, it is near! STRICTLY NO PARTIES! Guests have access to the entire apartment during their stay. When you enter the apartment you will be greeted by a long hallway leading to an open plan living, kitchen and dining area. The first stop in the hallway is the master bedroom with a queen bed boasting quality linen, en-suite and wardrobe. Continuing further down the hall past the light filled alcove and hall table you will arrive at the second bedroom also boasting a Queen bed with quality linen and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is positioned next to the main bathroom equiped with soaps, hairdryer, shampoo conditioner and moisturiser. The end of the hallway opens up to a bright living area and balcony, perfect for soaking up the warmth in the morning sun. The dining space consists of a round glass table for four or you might choose to dine outdoors along the timber bar on the balcony overlooking Nott Street (and a sneak peak of the beach). The kitchen is fully equipped with all the crockery, cutlery and utensils you will need to enjoy a home cooked meal. Saucepans, frypans and baking etc. are all provided. Tea, Herbal tea, pod coffee machine staples are provided. The European laundry consists of a small washing machine, iron and board and a clothes airer. Guests will also have access to the communal rooftop where you have a beautiful view of the city skyline and the beach. PLEASE BE AWARE OF OUR NEIGHBOURS. THIS IS AN INNER CITY APARTMENT AND LOUD NOISE AFTER 10PM WILL NOT BE TOLERATED Guest have access to the communal roof top space overlooking the city skyline. Take the lift to level 5 then climb 1 flight of stairs in the fire escape to reach the rooftop. Remember your keys. Please be mindful of the other residents in the building. Loud noise does travel easily. We ask that noise is left to a minimum after 10pm PLEASE BE AWARE OF OUR NEIGHBOURS - LOUD NOISE AFTER 10PM WILL NOT BE TOLERATED Guests will have full privacy for the duration of their stay. However we can be contacted at any time if needed. Nott street Port Melbourne is perfectly positioned a hop skip and a jump from both Beach street and Bay streets. Surrounded by delicious eateries and restaurants as well as bars and boutiques. Take a walk or bike ride along the iconic Beech Road path toward St Kilda watching the kite surfers and ships out at sea. St Kilda is always buzzing with endless eat, drink and shopping options. A short tram ride (approximately 11 minutes) will have you arrive in the CBD or to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (Crown Casino) where you can explore all of Melbournes ‘Must See’ tourist attractions: Federation Square, Botanical Gardens, Crown Casino, South Bank, MCG and Rod Laver Tennis Centre etc. A short stroll West of the apartment will bring you to the Spirit of Tasmania Terminal and famous Rex Hunt fish and chip shop. The Apartment has 1 allocated under cover car park. The space is in a vehicle stacker and therefore vehicles cannot be heavier than 2000 kg - 150cm tall and 500cm in length. PLEASE NOTE: The car stacker is complicated and very temperamental. Full details on how to operate the vehicle stacker will be shared with guests before their arrival. The Apartment is conveniently positioned so that guests will be able to walk to almost anything they will need. A tram is available 1 block behind the apartment to take guests into the city. Otherwise taxis and Uber’s are almost always available at short notice. There are very strict measurements for the under cover car park. Please note that this is a car stacker and it can be exceptionally unreliable. Other people in the building may block the stacker and this means you may not be able to access your car when you want it. We strongly suggest only using this IF you absolutely have to and only if your car meets the small size and weight specifications. If you ignore the specifications and a mechanic is required to attend the site to recover your car the $400 call out fee will be passed onto the guest. STRICTLY NO PARTIES Please respect our neighbours. Despite being so close to the action, This is a quiet apartment in a quiet neighbourhood and noise does travel. WE KINDLY ASK THAT YOU RESPECT OUR NEIGHBOURS AND KEEP NOISE FROM THE TELEVISION, RADIO OR SLAMMING DOORS TO AN ABSOLUTE MINIMUM AFTER 10PM
