Lovely family home in a friendly neighbourhood with plenty of space to relax. Front and back garden with swimming pool and large trampoline (pool net available on request). Open plan living area with modern finishes. Close to amenities, Cape Town beaches and other attractions. Light and bright relaxed home with a great indoor/outdoor flow. One of our favourite pastimes is enjoying beautiful mountain views at the end of the day from the patio whilst sipping a sundowner. There is plenty of space for the kids to run around and have fun in the varied entertainment spaces. The home was modified to ensure that whether the kids are in the garden or pool area, we can always keep an eye from the reception rooms as well as the kitchen. Portable Weber Braai can be moved to either entertainment area The entire home will be available for your use and enjoyment. We would like you to feel totally and home and enjoy all the amenities this home has to offer. Kirstenhof is a happy family oriented neighbourhood. There is a strong feeling of community in the area with residents active on neighbourhood committees etc. Kirstenhof is centrally located within 10 minutes of the False Bay Coastline and close to the Constantia Wine Route and the sophisticated amenities of the Constantia Valley. The home offers secure off street parking for 2-3 cars. Generally it is advisable to have your own vehicle for getting the most out of Cape Town as you will want to be out and about exploring most days. The home is within easy walking distance (5 minutes) to the Blue Route shopping centre which hosts most major banks, retail stores as well as a selection of restaurants and dining options and a movie theatre complex. Cape Town is a diverse city with varied recreational activities on offer. Once we know what you would like to see and do on your holiday, we can recommend places to go, things to do and a choice of the abundant dining experiences in the surrounding Constantia Valley and beyond.
