This house is a few steps away from the sea/beach as the complex is right on the sea side in the heart of Germasogeia area. The house has a patio and 2 balconies - one in each bedroom overlooking the complex gardens. It is fully equipped including fast Wifi, smart TV with free Netflix, air condition units in all areas, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, family bathroom, guest wc, and washing machine. Gated parking is available. The maisonette is located in Galatex complex which is on the seaside of Limassol, a great location with everything around you: cafes, restaurants, banks, taverns, shops etc. The maisonette has been fully refurbished in 2018 and has a family bathroom, a guest WC, smart TV with free Netflix, private patio garden, balcony, air-condition, fast WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The house can sleep total 6 persons plus baby cot (2 persons in first bedroom, 2 persons in second bedroom, 2 persons in living room sofa bed) The balcony is overlooking the complex garden pathway leading to the sea where you can access the beach on the right and the left side of the complex.
